Topic: Problem with live controls on my newly bought psr sx 700

Hello

I bought my PSR SX 700 6 months ago and have been enjoying it  but recently a small problem has shown up.
I have noticed that during normal playing  the filter (live control) suddenly gets increased without any interaction I have tried updating the firmware again but this issue is still present  the firmware version I am using is v1.11

So I tried doing a soft reset( system reset ) on my PSR SX 700 and now for the time being the issue seems to be resolved
and I have also found a temporary fix for this issue that is I have set the knob 1 to no assign still not sure whether this is a software issue or hardware.
