I don’t know how much you would learn from a video or audio sample about the sound quality. The videos can only show features but not really sound quality. How it is recorded, how you play it back affect that too much. The CVP809 is an excellent instrument, sounds great through its own speakers, most (but not all) the features of a Genos, but has some features Genos does not have, and a very good keyboard. Given the very high price, I would think you should NOT buy one without hearing it first hand and playing it first though.
Just a comment on the previous post re combining CVP and Genos. Although these keyboards have a lot of overlap in features, for me the big difference is that Genos is a gigging, or studio type instrument while the CVP is for people who don’t want to have wires everywhere and connect up to computers, pedals, speakers etc etc. It’s a drawing room instrument. Having to connect to Genos kinda defeats the purpose.
