I have had an SX900 and have purchased a Genos2 to replace it, and shock horror non of my hundreds of registrations work in the Genos2, I've found since they're not supposed to (have I bought the wrong machine) anyway I have YRM, and try as I might I can't convert SX900 registrations to Genos2. I must be doing something wrong as it seems possible from reading previous posts. Can anybody help and put me right on this. I am aware that you have to use YRM duplicator first to remove “Live Control” and Assignable Button” from SX900 registrations and save the new version before converting.
Opening screen / Load Registration Bank / Select file /My Way 01.S917.RGT
Source keyboard SX900 / Choose target keyboard SX900, then Duplicate/Remove Bank Settings
New page, top row - Duplicate Button / Remove Settings / click OK
Second row Duplicate buttons to / Select all Buttons / click OK
Third row - Settings to remove / select Live control, select Assignable buttons
Back to Home page YRM - save/convert registration bank & save
Back to home page YRM
Load registration bank (just converted and saved above)
Change target keyboard to Genos
Save/convert Registration Bank
and is there a way to batch process as I have over a thousand. I really would appreciate any guidance/help anybody can provide for me.
