Good morning,
I have a stupid question:  I downloaded the firmware update file for 2.13. Filename is GENOSSETUP.PRG.
Has this the extracted file, or do I have to do something else?

Hi Rick,
This video will guide you all the versions install the same. The extracted GENOSSETUP.PRG has to be in the root directory of your memory stick not in a folder.
