Hello-
First, using my customized setting of the 60s organ voice, two notes in the 5th octave sound louder than the rest of the notes....so much so I've put pieces of felt cloth under the two keys, which is not always effective.
Second issue happens when using a customized setting of the jazz sax voice. While the rest of the notes sound  good, one note in the 5th octave has a thin raspy tone.
Any ideas to eliminate these 2 gremlins would be appreciated.

If you do not normally hear this then it seems that your customizing has somehow caused this, impossible to say why. The obvious thing to do is go back to the original voice and add the changes you made one at a time to see if you can determine which one is the cause.
