how to install soundfonts?

Hi, i've some SF2 from my old keyboards
is it possible to install/load them directly from USB?

Or i'm forced to go through the expansion manager?

SF2 can not be imported directly (from USB) into keyboard. It is only possible with Expansion Manager where you (by using SF2) create a voice and then you install voice as expansion pack on keyboard.
