New PSR-EW425
« on: December 28, 2023, 12:51:34 PM »
Hi All,
Announcing my arrival in your excellent forum...
80 year old would be musician living in Catral, Alicante, Spain
Had an old DGX 220, my first keyboard, for around 12years but gave up with it after having so many keys at full volume for the umpteenth time.
What I enjoyed about the dgx was the included music database and assumed that the EW425 would have the same... wrong... :-(    So how can I have the same database on my new one? I guess it may be possible with the usb on a key, but where to download them from... I have looked around with no luck.
Maybe someone would be kind enough to show me?
Thanks in advance
Midnight Cowboy!

congrats

I just ordered the ew310 as a gift for a friend in the USA of whom we will be visiting hopefully next week, flying in from Israel.
I made a USB stick for that machine using styles from the collection pages on the forum,, using or adapting to 2 variations.
I also included some older model styles on that stick and will not know for sure until that machine is unboxed and set up.
I also dowloaded lots of voices and midi files... So if it will work on the ew310 am sure it will work for your machine and hopefully
the ew310 will be so liked it will be upgraded to the one you have.    Great to have those 76 keys,,for our friend.
Have fun ,, lots of cool youtube vids on this one.   Also by being a charter member there are more goodies to download

cheers
