Hi all,

I'm looking for an old-timey piano sound that's not as brash as the honky tonk voice. Something I can quietly play old hymns with. Any suggestions? Or ways to alter the honky tonk voice to tone it down?

Hi Caroline

I have the same keyboard, and find that the simplest way of taking the raucous sharpness out of the Honky Tonk style is to experiment with the Live Control knobs on your keyboard.

I find that incrementally turning the knobs to the left can make quite an appreciable difference to the tone, but experiment to get the result you want.
