I am envious that Europeans get to participate in such nice sales events. Here in the US, I do not think anything is planned physically.

I was thinking the same here in the UK.

There is the The Yamaha Weekend Xperience in November but it is quite expensive ( saving the money to buy the genos 2!!).

Its a shame you can not visit it without staying in the hotel ( even for a fee).

Alos I am in the north east so quite far to travel.

Hi Musicman

I agree.

I'm in the North East UK too, but I think the combination of the Newcastle/Amsterdam ferry, along with a very long drive of 1239km make it a no go.
It's simply not viably economical. Even when, as I do, you have the necessary Crits D'Air permit for passing through Low carbon designated zones

I can't go anyway, as recently I've just had two major operations, so can't drive, but the travel and accommodation costs, actually don't to me represent value for money when, for simply the cost of the instrument, I can get one sent Special Delivery next day once it's announced. What's the rush anyway?

I won't be buying it anyway, whatever it is, as I don't need it, and I'm quite happy with what I've got.

Staying on terra firma.
Keith.

Just think ,the price for the weekend would buy most a decent set of monitors.
The event is hardly ELO or the Stones is it!!! ;D
Genos, I7 computer 32 gig ram, Focusrite 6i6, Cubase controller, Focal Alpha Monitors, Yamaha DXR8 Speakers
Cubase 10, Sonarworks, Izotope.  Sampletank, Arturia and Korg software.  Now IK Mixbox
