Hi Marcos,
In your first attached picture, the display of your Tyros5 is pulled very high up. This may have caused a ribbon cable to come loose inside the display housing. I know of a few cases where this led to such errors (on Tyros3/4/5).
It is also possible (or in addition) that the backlight inside the display housing is defective or is not receiving power. If, as already mentioned by "ikmusic", you illuminate the T5 display with a flashlight (e.g. with the LED on your smartphone switched on), would you perhaps see the Yamaha logo there as well as on the external screen?
Like Mark (Amwilburn) said, it could be due to a defect in the internal hard drive. To be on the safe side, I would remove the hard drive in this case. To do this, you have to loosen three screws on the bottom of the T5, then carefully pull out the caddy with the hard disk and unplug the internal USB cable. (See the following video.) Then try whether the T5 starts normally without a hard disk.

If the T5 does not start even without a hard drive, I recommend that you first download the Tyros
4 (!) Service Manual here and try to start the internal Test program as described there. (Three specific piano keys must be held down when switching on.)

If it doesn't work, only an experienced service technician (preferably an authorized Yamaha service center) can probably help you. The first thing the technician should do is open (unscrew) the display housing to make sure that an internal cable has not come loose, as described above.
Hope this helps!
Best regards,
Chris
