Headphone output genos
« on: October 15, 2023, 08:50:43 PM »
Hi peeps just been trying headphone output for a monitor on stage, and it works really well for hearing my voice, but I don't know if it would work the same with a in ear monitor, as well as my head phones do. Any views on this would help me thanks .

Jst try t! But stay away from bluetooth monitors, too much latency.

I've never tried, but from a technical point of view I expect no difference between over-the- (or on-) ear headphone and in-ear monitors.

They should both just work.

I've used both the over-the-ear headphones and the earbuds for several years now.  The only thing I find different is the headphones are a bit louder and have more bass than the earbuds but otherwise the earbuds work better for me when playing over 30-45 minutes since my head and ears get hot with the headphones... no ventilation.
