Topic: Unusual fault genos

Has anyone come across this unusual fault  the sustain on the keyboard intermittently stays on
1/ I have removed the sustain pedal and  started again
2/  totally removed pedal
3/ done a soft reset
4/ done a factory backup 
the only way too stop it is to turn the keyboard of and on again
Any ideas Thank  you

Sounds as if the leaf switch in the keyboard's foot pedal socket is stuck. Try blowing some canned air into the opening the the socket and see if this solves the problem.

Never had a problem with mine. Are you using a Yamaha pedal.
