Song button 1,2,3,4
« on: May 19, 2023, 09:32:22 AM »
Hey.
How can I teach Tyros 4 song keys.
I want button 3 to directly control HD1 and button 4 USB.
I've seen an instruction sometime, but I don't remember it.
Sincerely, Arska from Finland

Welcome to the PSR Tutorial Forum, Arska!

You can find the information you are looking for in the Tyros4 Owner's Manual on page 27 ("Memorizing Song/Style Paths").

- In the Song Selection display, navigate to the desired drive (e.g. HD1) and go into the desired folder.

- Press "VIEW" to bring up the List View display.

- Select any Song (MIDI) file here.

- Press "MEMORY" (display button "E") and then one if the SONG I - IV buttons.

- Press EXIT button to close the File Selection display and test the assigned SONG button.

Best regards,
Chris

Thanks for the quick reply 👍

You're welcome Arska! I hope you continue to enjoy your Tyros4 and have fun here in the forum. :)

By the way, if you use the Search function (search box at the top right), it's best to go to the start page of the forum (>>> www.psrtutorial.com/forum/) first. This ensures that all boards in the forum are searched.

P.S.
There is also a lot to discover on the main site of PSR Tutorial (>>> www.psrtutorial.com/).

Best regards,
Chris
