Can you be more explicit about what search history you mean, …..on the forum, on the keyboard, on a search engine??

Sorry everyone, in particular mikf.  I should have been more precise. I was referring to the drop down menu that appears when you put an entry into the 'search' box at the top of the page. All my previous searches appear.  It's no big deal.  I just wondered if their was a way to delete this list.  Thanks.

I have to admit I have never noticed forum search history coming up before although I don’t use the search function very often. I tried it just now and nothing comes up!
Maybe it’s because I log out from the forum from time to time, so that might clear it. You can try that, or try also clearing full internet history from your browser. Try both of those to if that works.
Or maybe someone else can chip in.

Mike, thanks for your posts. I've tried various things and your suggestions as well - still no joy. As I said, it's no big deal. I can live with it.   Thanks again.

There's no way to clear search history using the forum search window. This functionality is controlled by the Simple Machines software, Lenzieman.
