Bose L1 Pro 16
« on: April 22, 2023, 04:40:51 PM »
I’ve been looking at this for some time now and was offered good terms from Sweetwater…so I bought it.

I’ve been playing my SX 900 through it and all I can say is WOW!  Sound is excellent.

This is my 5th Bose system.  Sold the others.  This is, by far, the best sounding of all of them.

In the past I’ve owned JBL, MACKIE, YAMAHA, YORK, HK and you name it.  I kept coming back to Bose, because to my ears nothing else could compare.

And this Pro series is at a whole new level.

😊👍

Ditto! I too have tried them all, but kept coming back to Bose - the sound is superior to every other system I tried. I even have a Bose Soundbar for my big screen TV. It makes those movies much more exciting when you have incredible audio.

Bose is good when in small spaces, but when you get to larger venues, the "throw" gets limited because of primarily the fixed height of the sticks. Also, I saw its kinda unstable because its really vertically narrow, the previous L1's had those extending feet which helped stability.
