Sound Controller App
« on: February 20, 2023, 05:19:11 AM »
Hi everyone I need a quick favor. I know the sound controller app was discontinued by Yamaha and love to use it. I was wondering if anyone still had it and could send it to me or if possible could rebuild it with a software then send it. Then I can import it into ITunes and sync it to my phone 📱. Any advice I will apricciate

You could download an APP that I used a while back.

https://apps.apple.com/app/id288120394

I do have the SoundControl app and the Yamaha faders app’s which still work on my IPAD but there does not appear to be any way you can save the API for these.

Yes. Another App which I think is worth looking at is -

https://apps.apple.com/app/id49229171

The best thing about both of them is that you configure them to do what YOU want.

Hi --

I've used MIDI Designer (for iPad) quite extensively. I wrote an interface for the Yamaha Sonogenic SH-500. The interface could be easily modified for other Yamaha XG compatible keyboards, i.e., arrangers.

Links posted below (including a way to download the MIDI Designer template for Sonogenic).

Have fun -- pj
