Hi Linos, and welcome.

Yes... You can use all the styles from ALL the Tyros models on your SX-900.

https://psrtutorial.com/sty/yamaha/Tyros2/tyros_2.html

Although the SX700/900 doesn't have the Music Finder facility, you can import the. MFD files from these pages on a usb stick and your SX 900 will automatically ask you if you want to convert them to
PLAYLISTS.

See here
https://psrtutorial.com/sty/OF/musicfinder.html

So you can have Playlists from all Tyros models, and from many other Yamaha keyboards too.

Have fun!

Hello Linos

Yes, your T2 styles will work in your SX900 keyboard but so will T3, T4 and T5 styles work in your keyboard.

So, instead of you using your old T2 styles, you ought to get and use all the T5 styles FIRST. T5 styles will use the better sounding Voices that you have in your SX900 keyboard.

You can get the T5 styles from this page:
https://www.psrtutorial.com/sty/yamaha/Tyros5/tyros_5.html

Then you click on the DARK BLUE category labels to download each of the 10 categories to a USB stick.

BALLAD - 57 Styles
COUNTRY - 35 Styles
DANCE - 50 Styles
ENTERTAINER - 50 Styles
LATIN - 45 Styles
MOVIE&SHOW - 48 Styles
POP&ROCK - 70 Styles
R&B - 53 Styles
SWING&JAZZ - 50 Styles
WORLD - 52 Styles

If you see a style listed not on the T5 in an older keyboard (T2,T3,T4) just click on that keyboard’s page and get those styles too.
