How to freeze the tempo while changing styles ?
« on: January 10, 2023, 11:06:58 AM »
Hello
Does anybody know how could I freeze the tempo
while I change the styles ? SX 900
I want to be able to do this momentarily and temporarily, not to be a permanent setting.
Thanks

hi,
While the current style is playing, just change to another style. The current tempo will be maintained.

All the best Terry,

This is the problem !!! As soon as I change the style, the tempo changes, even while I'm playing!?!

You can leave the mentioned "Change Behavior > Tempo" parameter permanently set to "Hold" in the Style Settings. This keeps the tempo locked when you change the style while the accompaniment is RUNNING. However, if you change the style while the accompaniment is STOPPED, the default tempo of the new style will be set.

Best regards,
Chris
