Hi - I have a usb - with styles that I can play from the usb drive - how do I get a particular song from the usb drive onto the Yamaha keyboard so I can play it without using the usb drive ?

Select style on USB and choose File icon (on the top of the display). Few options will appear: select Copy and you will be first asked which style you wish to copy (you select the one you want) and then you'll be asked where you wish to copy (choose User memory).
Once style is in User memory, USB stick isn't needed anymore.

Just copy it.

File>Copy>select file>Copy>navigate to your destination>Copy here

I would create a folder on your user called styles and save them in there. Makes them easier to find.
