Foot Controller PSR S970 with MIDI Accordion
« on: October 31, 2022, 09:06:08 AM »
Hi Everyone,

I am in the process of setting up my MIDI accordion with a PSR S970 and the next item I will require is a foot switch to allow me to activate style intros, variations and endings etc as well as have a pedal control to adjust RH volume. I was looking a the MFC10 as it looks like it can cater for all my requirements, what is everyone's thoughts on this foot switch, is it the best one to go for?

Also, after reading the userguide posted a few years ago by psr4ever in the link below, I see that to connect this foot switch to the PSR, it is plugged into the PSR MIDI in port. This is also where my MIDI accordion is plugged in so that is not an option. Are all foot switches connected like this and if so, is there a way that I can connect both a foot switch and my MIDI accordion to the PSR?
