When I try to access the forum through our home wi-fi I get a 403 forbidden message. Accessing it through cell phone data works fine.

How do I fix wi-fi access?

Cheers,
Fred

Too many variables to do anything but guess, and my best guess would be a corrupt link in the browser you are using.  Clear all cookies and browsing data, remove any saved links in favourites etc. relating to this site then replace with new ones.  One other quick way to try would be to use another browser.

Are you able to override or bypass the message or does it completely block you?

I’m completely blocked.

It happens on both Chrome and Safari. It also happens in Incognito mode, so cookies aren’t the issue.

Hi Fred

As both your Apple and Windows browsers are affected.
I would switch off your house router, use the reset button on it, and after about 10 minutes reconnect. See if that fixes it.
I  had this problem with my British Telecom router about 8 months ago, and this advice corrected the issue.
I do hope you get it resolved.

maybe your IP address has been blocked by the forum. Roger should be able to reset it for you.

It is supposed to be a server code so a house side issue is likely.  If that doesn't do it, and the modem/router reset doesn't either, try shutting down any firewall(s) you may be using....

Do you have an old forum password stored in the browser?

Email me the IP address associated with your home wi-fi account and I'll fix it for you.
