Copying Sound Effects from Legacy Folder to Multipads

Is it possible to copy sound effects from the legacy folder to multipads?

If you mean a sound effect Voice, then the answer is yes. You can do that by editing the Multi Pad using Multi Pad Creator on the keyboard or on the computer using PadMaker-Midi.
