Hello from Germany
« on: September 07, 2022, 03:49:05 AM »
Hello all,

my name is Sabine, I am living in southern Germany but not with the Bavarians  8)

And no, we are not the German Scots even if some evil tongues claim that.

I am 54 years young and have been making music since my youth, but only for "home use". First I played guitar for a few years and then I finally wanted to learn to play  keyboard  and so I got my first keyboard, a Yamaha PSR 270 to try it out. This was replaced by a DGX 620 in 2006 and has now been joined by a little friend, a PSR SX 900 (I confess that sometimes technology overwhelms me, but that's the way it is with my cell phone too   ;D ). So please be lenient with my questions.

I look forward to many, beautiful musical hours with you.

Music expresses what cannot be said and what is impossible to be quiet about.

Dear Sabine,

very welcome to this wonderful Forum.

I've been using organs and keyboards (many, many, many...) for about 60 years, so being quite expert about it.

Nevertheless they are complicated toys, requiring a gradual but consistent study to get the best out of that. User manuals are very poor and not very clear. Therefore the Forum is a tremendous help to understand the keyboard.

Sx900 is a beautiful arranger with rich sounds and excellent accompaniment styles, and very good built-in monitors. I'm sure you will enjoy a lot!

 Ciao from Roma,
