Creating style from midi file
« on: July 21, 2022, 10:28:25 AM »
Hi!
I would like to know the best and easiest way to create a style from existing midi, that was made in a daw.
I want to use my own drum samples and instruments (I know how to upload them with the Expansion Manager), and some factory ones in my style too. I'm using FL Studio, but I also have Logic, Cubase 5 and Sonar. By the way which one is the best for writing midi for SX900?
Let's say I made the midi file. I don't know what to do after this step. I don't find any option in SX900 to load midi, so I think I should use a software on PC and load into Expansion Manager.

I'm a little bit confused in this topic. Thank you for your help!

Maybe this is helpful:

But keep in mind that it takes a lot of time and work and tweaking!!!
My best regards,
