Topic: PSR SX900 Factory reset issue

Hello guys,
1) I am trying to do factory restore on my SX900 by holding rightmost key and powering on the keyboard, but after initialization I found that everything including expansion pack, registrations and user files are still seen.
2) I tried factory reset via Menu> Check the box for system and touch factory reset button, it did executed for a few seconds but still I can see everything including expansion pack, registrations and user files . Not sure anything went wrong wih my pro ess of the keyboard.
Please advise.

Expansion will not be effected by Factory reset as this uses a different section.
  Why did you need to do a reset.
