Hi,

I am a new owner of Yamaha PSR-A5000 and I need some help or advice.
I started reading the user's manual and looking online for more info.
However I cannot find any dedicated section for PSR-A5000 in this forum for asking some help, advice or sharing any finding.

So my question: is it possible to add a section for PSR-A5000 users?
If no, in what section of the forum can I post a topic about PSR A-5000?

The PSR-A5000 is an oriental version of the PSR-SX900.  I'll move this topic from the Genos - General board to the PSR-SX900/SX700/SX600 board.

Roger, this may come as a shock, since the PSRA3000 was the oriental version of the PSRs770, I had assumed the A5000 would be the oriental version of the sx700, but it's actually based on the sx600/DGX670 chipset, but with a *ton* of Oriental content added, and the same 1gb flash ram (and audio styles capability) as the sx900, albeit with half the hard drive (2gb vs 4gb). But there are also a ton of sounds missing from the A5000 that are on the sx700 and sx900; I assume the logic was customers would care more about the oriental sounds and not worry about what 'regular' content was missing
