I've composed hundreds of new song registrations and named each one. Above the title appears  2013-01-01 00:00
Any idea what this means? Could be the date of manufacture?  What is it's significance?

It’s the date/time stamp for the file. This is the default date on your keyboard. You might be able to get it updated if you connect your keyboard to wifi.
