Is there a way I can transpose an audio file on playback on Genos?  Thank you

Yes.

When you use the Song Player to play back an audio file, there is the option to pitch shift.

Results may vary depending on the file you're playing back.

In my experience, results are dismal. It's best to assume you can't change the key of an audio file, and look for a different solution.

Definitely hit or miss. I've had some audio songs transpose with an acceptable result and other songs have made me flee the room in horror.  :D

The general rule of thumb is to transpose only a few semitones up or down. More than that, and you're playing with fire. Of course, the result might be interesting...  :)
