Any file with the extension .mid. If it's .kar, just change it to .mid.

Cheers,
Fred

when I change it to a mid and load it will I be able to display it as a karale with the lyrics ecr on the 3000 screen

Will I then be able to load the file as a karaoke and display the lyrics on the 3000 screen?

Most likely not unless you type the words in yourself.

Must easier to look for the lyrics online and print them off for your singer.

If the 3000 is like most other Yamaha keyboards, the answer is yes. What happened when you tried it?

Hello,

I've always used a midi file with the .kar extension and it displayed the lyrics on the screen.

No problem at all.
