Hello from Mexico
« on: October 02, 2021, 10:27:33 PM »
Hello everybody and greetings from Monterrey, Mexico!.
I would like to introduce myself, I am a 54yo man who likes to play keyboards since I was a child with only empiric education on this matter. I only play keyboards by fun, hobbie and passion.

My keyboards history goes like this:
- starting with Yamaha PS20 (and still have it)
- Yamaha Electone FE30 (and still have it)
- Roland D-20 (and still have it)
- Yamaha PSR 520
- Korg X50 (currently in use)
- Roland GW8 (currently in use)
- Yamaha PSR s950 (currently in use).

I have been following this excellent forum for several years as a guest, and recently my daughter asked me why you dont register?... and Im now here.

I woud like to take advantage from this oportunity to thank you for all things I have learned from you, such as:
-  How to equalize the psr s950 under diferent situations.
- How to use the registration memory.
- Obtaining styles and multipads that all of you have been sharing.
- Your advice about external speakers, I own a pair of Bose Compact L1.
- How to use connections and cables, etc, etc, etc.

Thank you again and let keyboards be your passion!

Welcome to the forum.  I have to laugh as it sounds as if you are a real keyboard hoarder such as myself.  Once you have a kb you can't bring yourself to get rid of it even if you never use it anymore.  Hope to hear from you often here in the future.
