Style for "Bad Case Of Loving You" (Doctor, Doctor)
« on: August 30, 2021, 01:42:03 AM »
Hi - I want to play the John Martin / Robert Palmer song "Bad Case of Loving You" (also known as "Doctor, Doctor").  Parts of the song need a simple "four-on-the-floor" kick drum and no other drums, while the rest is a moderate to 'hard' rock type of 4/4 beat.

Does anyone know of a style that might fit this song well?

Thanks!

I've attached 3 styles for you to try, Jim.  One may be a duplicate with a different name.  :)

Hi - thanks!  All 3 seemed to sound the same ... I modified a few things, like using
the more modern REVO drums, and they really came alive!  Perfect for that song;
very useful - thanks for posting them!
