SX900: Concert Grand vs. (S. Art) Concert Grand voices
« on: August 14, 2021, 07:41:23 AM »
I'm the happy new owner of an SX900, and I was searching for Concert Grand voices today.

The search lists 2 different Concert Grand voices, one of them with a superscript "S. Art".  But I find no way to select the plain "Concert Grand" voice (without the "S. Art"), nor do I see it when I select the Piano button on any of the pages.

Are these one and the same?

Confused....

Thanks

Go into the Legacy folder. Select Piano and you will find one there.

You'll find it difficult to see any difference between them though, I never have 🙂

By your own earlier statements you are very much a beginner, so realistically it’s not going to make any difference which piano voice you use at this stage. It’s easy to get seduced by features and voices on these keyboards and forget that the real target is to learn to play nice music.

Hi Mike

True....

I'm exploring the features and voices of my new unit, and could not understand why I could not find that voice.
