Changing from Variation A to Variation B
« on: June 19, 2021, 04:46:26 AM »
On my PSR 750 if i wished to change I always reached across to the left hand side of my PSR 750. Yesterday, I was watching a youtube  video of a  lady playing and she always reached across to the right and used the OTS Buttons. Have I been doing the WRONG thing for the past 7 + years???

NO...You have been doing RIGHT.
The right side just changes OTS voices not the style Variations.

It depends on if you want to change the style variation or just the voicing. The choice is yours.

Thank you Graham.  Quite a few times in the past few years I have had things pointed out to me by members on this Forum and I am very glad of that, because that is how I learn. My mother used to say"He who stays in the valley never gets over the hill " There are so many features on PSR Arranger Keyboards and I have only scratched the surface.

Thanks Eileen. I should have realized that. Trouble is I often get by with a rudimentary knowledge of  the many functions of my keyboard, and it is only when I post a question on this wonderful Forum,  and get a reply from helpful members that I make a bit more progress in my playing. As a wise person once said "If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got"
