Hi
I have tested both my computers , One for music and one for general use on the internet.
I tested it with the microsoft Win 11 compatibility program and it did not reach the standard for Win 11.
So Windows 10 will be unsupported in 2025 which will make my machine 9 years old by then.
I consider for the £400 pound that i had paid for it, a brilliant run for the money.
My music machine Is a I7, 8 core 32 gig ram and is 3 years old now
This machine complies to the standard that Windows 11 needs.
I consider if i get 6 to 7 years out of it, that is value for money.
I did pay £1600 for it especially built for music and it is lightning fast. I may get away with changes later if sent back to Computer Specialists, for a refit
I have also made system images of the drives , so when i get any new machine ,i can image those.
Most electronic goods have a rough time for lasting and computers and the luck i have had with them on average is 5 years before they start coughing or something starts to go.
I just hope the Genos last now until the next one, but the genos is built little better than a computer Tower or laptop.
All the Best
John Come on England, they wacked the Ukraine, but i think Denmark are the dark horses in the Euro tournament.
What has this to do with the Genos
---NOTHING!!!!
All the Best
John
