Is Yamaha Expansion Manager V2.8.0 slow?

Is it me or is V2.8 a lot slower than 2.7. I gave it a run yesterday and it’s seems to take ages to get ready to make and save the file to send to my Genos. Are there any other problems as well?

That's right, V2.8.0 is slower to run, and other issues have been noticed. Simply go back to version 2.7.0.

as far as im a ware Yamaha is on the case with this i reported it here in the uk

Yes I shall not bother to update until I know the new one is fixed. Happy to jog along with 2.7.0.
