How can I modify individual midi tracks? I want to transpose one track one octave down without using a computer. Does anyone know how to do that?

It's simple, use the Transpose field. Watch the procedure in the video at this moment. Eventually the change must be saved as a Song in the correct way via Setup.

Load in the midi you want to alter. Go to song recording and select multi record. Now at  the bottom right of the screen you will see Transpose. Press this and Select the track you want and then take it down twelve steps to -12. Press execute. Now re-save your song. All Done.
