"Reset style" with foot pedal?
« on: March 20, 2021, 05:35:39 PM »
Hi!
I would like to be able to assign "Reset style" (Tap tempo-button) to a footpedal but I can't find it.
Is it possible to do that?

Hi ollake,

yes this should work as follows:

- Press [Direct Access] button and then depress the connected foot switch (e.g. FC5 or FC4A). This will open the "Assignable" display, and the correct Pedal number should be automatically selected there.

- Assign the function "Reset/Tab Tempo" (from Category "Overall") to the current Pedal.

- Close the "Assignable" display.

- Since the Pedal settings can be accidentally changed by Registrations that contain different Pedal settings, I recommend to save the current Pedal settings in at least one new Registration.

Hope this helps!

Best regards,
Chris

➪ Everyone kept saying "That won't work!" - Then someone came along who didn't know that and just did it.
➪ Never put the manual too far away: There's more in it than you think! ;-)

Perfect, thanks!
What I can't understand is why I didn't try it myself since I have seen the option in the menu.
