Memory Banks
« on: February 13, 2021, 06:57:25 PM »
I'm new to all this and love the support on this site.

On my new sx900 so far, I am able to save settings to any of the 8 Registration Memory Buttons. How di I save that Bank and how do I create a new bank.

Appreciate the help.

Hi Frank,

a new Bank can do very easily. You click on the Save icon and enter a new name (different from the existing one), and a new Bank will be created.

Once you’ve saved the bank, you create a new one by memorizing on top of the old one. There is a way to clear the buttons, but I never bother. I just memorize over the old ones.

Hi Frank,

with regard to "Registration Memory", please also read Chapter 7 in the SX900 Owner's Manual and Chapter 6 in the SX900 Reference Manual (both from page 86). :)

➪ Everyone kept saying "That won't work!" - Then someone came along who didn't know that and just did it.
➪ Never put the manual too far away: There's more in it than you think! ;-)
