Rotary Switch Disabled

Just started getting this message ROTARY SWITCH DISABLED when I try to engage the ROTARY/SP button. In the menu ASSIGNABLE, it is set to rotary. What am I doing wrong?

On some organ voices, the rotary option is not available, and you will get that message. This is normal.
