What software I can use for insert automatically chords in midi files?

For that, it is best to use PSRUTI, which is simple and efficient.

So I should select always StrEns?

Hi rock123456789,

simply select the channel that plays the Chords you need (usually a channel with Strings chords, Rhythm Guitar chords, Piano chords etc.). You can also select more than one channel. If desired, you can also (additionally) define the Bass channel (set the checkmark in the second column of checkboxes in this case).
