Unresponsive screen when writing names
« on: September 13, 2020, 10:13:47 PM »
Hello friends :)
When I select styles and voices with the touch screen, the screen is very responsive. Just a feather light tap is sufficient.
But when I want to name a song or style, I have to tap very hard, and even then it is hard to get the screen to respond. Is this normal?

No Toryl,
It should only need the same touch. Have you tried recalibrating the screen to see if it makes it better for you.

Hi Toril,

only to be "on the safe side":

Have you already installed the Genos Firmware Update V2.0.2?

Have you tried to turn off the "Transition Effect"? (Menu > Utility > Display/Touch Screen > Display)

Best regards,
Chris
➪ Everyone kept saying "That won't work!" - Then someone came along who didn't know that and just did it.
➪ Never put the manual too far away: There's more in it than you think! ;-)
