This is my first question post.
If voice R1 and R2 played together, can the pitch-bend be set to effect on just one voice ?

Yes, Go into the Mixer for R1 / R2 and TAB to the TUNE page. Set the Pitch Bend for 2 semitones (default) and the other to zero / NO pitchbend. You can save the settings in OTS for those 2 Voices if you like.
