UVN voice files
« on: July 16, 2020, 11:09:52 PM »
l came across some UVN voice files which l acquired some way along the line but can't remember where or when. l had them loaded into YEM but can't play them on the Genos. Is there any way UVN files can be played on the Genos?

Kind regards,

Russ

Hello
You have to create a pack in YEM then "IMPORT CONTENT" add your files "UVN" .... after, look at the instructions for use of YEM to import to your Genos

If you set them in the Pack (YEM), you may have forgotten to mark the new UVN (green check mark). Watch the video as you add one UVN to Genos.

As you are uncertain about the origin of the .uvn files, you may want to check if they really contain user samples. If the size of the .uvn file is only a few kB, this voice will use (legacy) preset samples and I suspect, such voices won't work.

Many thanks for the replies guys. l loaded the files as per the video, so suspect they may in fact be legacy voices as you say as they don't work.

Kind regards,

Russ
