No sound to PA system, I finally solved it!
« on: July 02, 2020, 08:21:45 PM »
Hello friends!
I got a Bose S1 Pro today to use with my Tyros 5. But I get no sound. The only sticks that give sound are the AUX, but then I can't use the master volume on the keyboard! The other sticks don't work. Silence! My PSR and Genos had no problems, so the speaker is working correctly. Can someone please give me a step by step instrction on how to get the line outs on the Tyros 5 to work? I have always used the speakers that came with the Tyros, but now I wanted to take it on a gig, and the little Bose was perfect, if only the Tyros can work!

EDIT! The main reason for the problem was that I did the Classic blunder; I disconnected my earohones, but the adapter plug was still in the socket!

After much funbling I finally found out that the mains Line outs were on headphones only. Now it works. Utility, config 2.
Still mustified, because the speakers made for the T6 worked. Well, I have sound, so I am happy anyway :)
