Midi tutorial
« on: July 21, 2020, 04:59:25 PM »
Hey all you talented people. I'm a guitar player using midis as backing tracks.
I just inherited a psr 3000. Great styles. I know how to chord some. No right hand.
Is there a tutorial on how to create midis with the 3000 using intros & endings?

I think he just wants to use his PSR-3000 to create MIDI backing tracks, with Intros and Endings, for use with his guitar.

Go to YouTube and do a search on "Yamaha PSR-3000 tutorial".  There are a few out there, but I do not know how good they are.  Avoid the ones that say they are for the PSR-A3000.  That is a different animal, entirely.

As a matter of fact, the PSR-3000 is so similar to any of the newer PSR-S Series models, when it comes to the "basics" that you are looking for, that you would probably find tutorials, for any of them, very useful.

Also, be sure to take a look at the "Lessons" section, here, on the PSR-Tutorial "Home" (non-forum) site.  You will probably find more of what you are looking for there, than anywhere else.

It is really not a good idea to post your email address publicly on ANY forum - even a safe, friendly one like this.  You never know who else might be looking on !
