Freeze
« on: May 18, 2020, 01:44:26 AM »
Hi Folks,
For years I have been ignoring Freeze on the T2 and T5 because I don't know what it is for and how to use it
I have thought it might be to help with setting new registrations
Can anyone please help explain how and when to use this control
perhaps a step by step explanation if this is not too much to ask
Regards,
Adrian

How I use FREEZE...I have a few REGISTRATION BANKS of Favorite Voices.
Selecting any style then FREEZE then use my favorite voices from RGT Banks.

There are other options to use FREEZE.

I use freeze when I want to keep a left voice when changing from one variation to another during a performance.
If you do not use freeze the left voice will shut off when you change to another variation; sometimes that's good but sometimes that's not what you want. So using freeze gives you that option.

Works with multi pads as well.

There's more options . This is how and when I use Freeze

Ron

Can you then save the frozen styles to a new regristration?

Many thanks
