I found this SFF1 song style on the web. Maybe with a little tweaking it will do the job: :)

The 'GenosV2.0 SuperiorPack' includes a style named '60sFolkRock' which is obviously based around this song.

The 'PlaylistForGenosV2SuperiorPack' includes a Playlist record for 'Everybody's Talkin' and the registration that it uses (using the '60sFolkRock' style).
