Heres an Issue that just  came acrooos   if I'm changing from a  basic Dm  to a Bm   chords in my left hand  the  Bm changes in a Dmaj7b5 and sound  relly bad  is there a way to adjust that from happening  I am thinking a  factory reset  but  maybe  there's a better way

I think you need to provide more information. Like how are you fingering it, what fingering mode are you in. Frankly I can’t see how this happens unless you play wrong notes, but provide the info so we can work out why.

Let’s try to create a situation where this could occur, using an s970.  What combination of fingering mode and fingering?

Do you lift your fingers off the keyboard between playing the two chords?

Alan, we could guess, and recreate, but I think that a bit more information from him would be the starting point. I doubt this is a 'machine feature',  sounds a lot more like some sort of fingering issue.
