Batch LSB change
« on: February 21, 2020, 08:12:06 PM »
Hi Everyone. Really hope you can help out here
I have a pack which I installed to YEM
The Styles for the Pack were stored separately and i moved them to the same folder as the Pack.
However, the LSB of the pack is 28 and all the styles are set to 0. On the Genos when I use style creator to change the LSBZTo 28 everything works out great.
The problem is that I have 700! Styles for this pack alone and I'm not going to change every single style to its Correct LSB
Is there a way, a software that can change LSB In batches?
To take the entire 700 styles and change the LSB In one shot!

I would highly appreciate your help

Look at MixMaster. (PC only) There is an option in Batch Processing (multi process) screen to change the LSB in styles and Multi Pads. Be sure to do it for MSB 062 and MSB 063. You can do this for an entire folder of style files.  Then an entire folder of Multi Pad files.

Hi

Or use my "Style Voice Change" software at http://www.jososoft.dk/yamaha/software/stylevoicechange/index.htm   ;)

Honestly,  No. I'm sorry.
I wasn't trying to undermine the program of course.
It was easier to figure out with the other program.
But I would like to read the help file. Is it in the application?

Hi

Yes, the help file is in the program and online at http://www.jososoft.dk/yamaha/software/stylevoicechange/help.htm

In short: Create a text file holding old voice data - new voice data // one voice change per line in this text file
Load this text file; select the folder of styles to change and run program.

You can really do batch convert: As many voices you want to change in as many files/folders you like...  ;)
