Cubase Won't Select Revo Drums
« on: February 13, 2020, 11:40:25 AM »
Hello Everybody ,

I don't post on here very often but , read with posts with interest.
I have a problem , I use Cubase and have decided to " Remix " a few midi files that I created on my Tyros 4.
When I go into Cubase and select the drum channel ( Ch10 ) of the midi file and change the programme changes ( CC0 , CC32 and PRG ) to the related numbers for revo drums the genos won't respond. >:(
What's more , while the song is playing in Cubase if I try to manually change the voice on the Genos it just jumps back to the other voice instantly.
This is most frustrating and if anyone could even point me in the right direction to sorting this out I would be overjoyed.

Thanks  John

I had this same thing happen internally in the Genos by trying to select Revo drums on a MIDI file. Struggled with it for an hour.

Turns out there was some kind of glitch. Reboot everything and then try. I'll bet that solves everything. :)
